Greetings From Switzerland

The view from our Interlaken hotel room this morning.

Dinner last night in Interlaken (yes, that is a fondue pot).

Lunch yesterday in Como, Italy.

Hello everyone. We are currently in Interlaken, Switzerland. We arrived last night. On our way here we drove through Milan (much traffic) and Lake Como, Italy (sunny and warm). Check out the pictures of the traffic accident we just missed in Italy. It was a pretty spectacular wreck.

Today, using a series of trains, buses, and gondolas, we're planning to head up into the Alps. Interlaken is located very close to a range of mountains that includes Jungfrau (13,642 ft.), Monch (13,475 ft.), and Eiger (13,026 ft.). Our two primary destinations today will be Trummelbach falle (www.truemmelbachfaelle.ch/enmain2/main2.php) and the Schilthorn (http://www.schilthorn.ch/). We'll be sure to post some pictures when we get back.

Dan
